How do I return an item?
At Skye Blue Traders your satisfaction is guaranteed. Should anything you order not meet your expectations, you may return the item for replacement or refund within 14 days of receipt. There is a 15% re-stocking fee. Only items purchased from Skye Blue Traders may be returned to the address below. To return an item(s), please follow 4 easy steps: - Place the item(s) (in the condition in which it was received) in its original packaging.
- Place packaged item(s) in a shipping box.
- Indicate in writing whether you are requesting a refund, replacement or exchange.
- Insure and return the package to the address below.
